after reviewing the video we have the exact moment sage injured himself,it was no ones fault he threw the javelin and that is how it happened,I will post the footage in a lil bit.

I still feel bad.

update:
I went out to the hospital to check on Sage,real name is Paul fyi,he has a clean break just below the shoulder with a bone fragment lose on the outside and an impact fractuce on his shoulder.Needless to say he is probably done for a long time.

If he wants to, he can still herald.

either his arm breaking made the faint popping noise, or the Woo-hoo-hoo!!!!
I'm not quite sure which one would be better, both really great, but the popping noise was probably someone hitting something with a weapon, i'll never know...........

I personally blame the javie, and will automatically fail it anytime i see it for breaking a bone, and i bid it good day

well he took a hard fall on the day of the tournament if you recall and I suspect that is where he initially injured it,sage took a break,no pun intended,for a couple of weeks and yesterday would have been his first day back but he was advised not to be on the field at all so as far as the javelin is concerned it was its fault but the act of throwing it with an already fractured arm plus some underlying health issues that sage may or may not have been aware of.
and if you notice in the video directly after he injured the arm he took a hit to it(more like a tap)

needless to say the realm lost a consistent fighter regardless of his fighting prowess he showed up no matter the weather or turn out and always had a good outlook,he will be missed on field and hopefully he can at least show up as a cheer leader sans pom poms

I talked to Sage today, and apparently they missed the fractures in his arm and shoulder. When he fell at the tourney, that's when he fractured his arm. When he threw the javvie, it completed the fracture.



Ahnz, the javvie is not a fail weapon. It was just the movement of throwing that completed the fracture.


Sulla said it best lads: Sage will be missed on the field, and hopefully he'll be able to come and hang with us, watch and learn, and eventually be able to fight again. Also, on a side not of some importance: Sage is going in for surgery tomorrow at Unity North in Shawnee. He's going to let me know when he'll be ready for company and what room he's in, so try to keep your eyes peeled for updates, and try to stop in sometime to see him. Also, I'm going to double-check with him about February, since he invited us to his Super Bowl open house.
