It Won't Let Me Post The Pictures (My Computers Being A Little -Bleep-) But I'm Working On A Punch Shield About The Size Of Aodhfin's Heater Shield. But It Has No Core...If I Use DAP And Gorilla Glue Along With Six Layers Of Foam With Some Duct Tape On The Edges...Would It Pass The Shield Test?

I don't think there is a test for sheilds. Just that they don't hurt anyone including yourself. But it sounds safe to me. Make sure you secure your handle well.

There is in fact a shield test. It can't "taco", which means it can fold in on itself. My personal opinion, don't make a punch shield THAT big without a core. You could easily get a tupperware lid, or a tobbogan and use that for a core instead, and it'd still be light enough for a punch shield.



Wouldn't do you much good, if you ask me, considering heavy weapons would blow through it like a knife through butter.
